1.I just finished ~Part 2~ of A Time for Dancing by Davida Wills Hurwin. I this part of the book it was mostly about Julie getting her chemo therapy, until the end of the part when Julie told her parents that she wasen't going to do her chemo thrapy anymore. I was vry suprised when Julie told her parents that she was not going to do her chemo therapy anymore. It must of took Julie long time to come to this decision, because now that she is stoping her chemo therapy she put herself at risk that the cancer could get bigger and she will not have the chemo therapy to fight it, so she knowa that she is putting herself at risk of dying. I think that Julie is a very strong person, I don't know if I could make a decision as big as she did.
2. If I was Sam and Julies mom and dad I would be really scared not knowing what is going to happen to Julie next. I doon't even know Julie, Im just reading this book and even Im kind of scared to find out what is going to happen to Julie, I hope nothig bad happens. I can't imagine how this experince is affecting Julies parents and Sam. I can'y wait to read ~Part 3~ to find out what happens to Julie.
3. What was your first reaction when you heard that Julie decided to stop having the chemo therapy?

2. I agree with you, if I was Jules parents I don't think that I would be able to sleep at night. I don't really think that I would be able to do anything really well because of all the things that were going through my head.
3. I was really shocked. I have really never of any other methods of helping cancer. I can't really believe that her parents let her stop having chemo. If I were Jules parent I don't think that I would have let her stop because their daughter could die from this thing that grows inside of her.
I wasn't too shocked, I just thought it was another part of the book. I thought it was interesting, like Rachel, I haven't heard of any other methods, so the new one was kinda weird to read about.
3. I was really surprised and wondered what would happen to Jules now. I agree with Rachel where she said that if she was a parent, I wouldn't allow it. I think that Jules just doesn't really want to lose her hair, and is afraid of what others might think.
